I have been a customer of Merry Maids for over 10 years! They do a good job, fix anything that was inadvertently missed during the cleaning process and are usually prompt.
My only concern is that given competition from other services, consideration should be given to revising the hourly rate down (especially for long term customers).

I like how you don’t constantly change the people who clean our apartment. I like how they usually arrive at the same time (except for delays occasionally caused by traffic). I can communicate with them about items that need special attention (often using my Spanish). They are very pleasant workers who do a very thorough cleaning.
