The ladies are friendly, dependable, and on time. The house is cleaned in a timely manner and specific requests are honored. Cleaning products are supplied, but they will use whatever products you prefer.
The ladies who have provided services in my home do an excellent job and are very polite and respectful of me and my home. I don't know exactly what products they use but most importantly, to me is they don't have any strong smell to them.

Staff is very reliable, friendly & detail oriented. Staff is also very accommodating.The products used do not have an overly powerful smell but are fragrant enough to know your house is clean. I've been using Merry Maids for the past 2 months and am very pleased.

I also appreciate how the scheduler is so accommodating when I call and ask the housekeepers to come after a certain time, for example, because I have a doctors appointment. I

My house is clean. No strong odors. Cleaners arrive and get right to work. Ask questions as needed. Are open to requests.
We like that it is generally the same people who clean, so they know where things are and what we like. We like to come home to a clean house. (It would be nice if sweeping could happen under beds/couches once in a while, but understand that it may not be possible.)
Very thorough cleaning. I appreciate their hard work. I also like that I didn’t hear any banging like I do with other maids. They seemed careful which I appreciate. I only wish they didn’t have to wear their shoes with the wet floor. Maybe they can have separate shoes they only wear inside to clean? I do not like shoes worn in my house.
