Merry Maids is predictable, thoughtful, on time, professional. I have used many services, as well as independent contractors, over the years. Quite frankly, I was hesitant to use Merry Maids because I was worried that service from an organization would be sub-par. I have not been disappointed and will happily admit that I was mistaken. The office staff as well as the cleaning staff are over the top. Thank you.
The two ladies that clean for us are WONDERFUL! They are friendly, quick and pleasant. I don't know what type of products they use but it smells fresh and clean when they are gone. We are truly grateful to them for their hard work.

The Merry Maids--and Vanessa, in particular, since she's almost always here--arrive as scheduled and work diligently; products are effective. And they stand by their work. As they leave, they check for my approval when I have requested attention to a particular area. They take their work very seriously.
