My husband and I continue to be super pleased. You treat our home with the same care we would and are always so considerate of my husband and the fact that he's working from home. Plus as a mom and a pet owner I love that I don't need to worry about the products and whether they're safe for my son or cat. As working parents we can't tell you what it means for us to get that extra time to spend with our son.
They are a huge help and do a deep cleaning that is important and lasting. Details are paid attention to and since I work full time I don't' know what I would do with out them! I'm so happy when they come and my house looks great!

I have to let you know that the team that cleaned my house in December (including cleaning the refrigerator) did a fabulous job...the refrigerator was sparkling, like the day I brought it home...I had just had the house tented for termites and it was a dirty mess...everything was clean, the carpets looks great and the house looked great...same compliments to the team that came this month...fabulous job...the house was sparkling...I could not survive without Merry Maids...I'd give up buying food before I would give up on my Merry Maids!!!
The maids are quick but efficient, leaving my home looking and smelling clean.
One thing I like is the way Claudia and Shally do the work once they are here. As a man I am basically not very neat in some areas. But the girls do what they can to make things neat and clean, and the rooms have that clean smell when then leave.
You guys are fast and good. I love that your employees are bonded and insured, so I don't have to worry about being sued :)

Never have any problems with the products they seem to do the cleaning job well Always happy to open the door to smiling faces who come prepared to clean my house. It is always easy to call and make things work for our schedule.

I love my team, Claudia and Carolina, the office staff and the my team loves the 'big boss' Maureen (?) whom I haven't meant, but she must be great too because on the few times I haven't been happy, they always respond proactively to make it all good again. Licensed . bonded, insured, back-ground checks and in good standing with BBB all matter to me. I feel safe and well taken care of in their hands. Merry Maids is the best!
