I used Merry Maids twice before when moving into new houses, the first time into a rental that had been empty for years, and the second after remodeling. It would be too much work for one person to handle after such activity. I am amazed that two people could do the work.

It is so wonderfull to come home to a nice sparkling clean house...I have a crazy work schedule so i especially like that Merry Maids is flexible about scheduling my visits to accommodate my needs...it is especially nice when I am expecting company or have overnite guests..they do a nice job when i have special requests...

My two workers were on vacation so I had a substitute and I must say that I was extremely happy with her. She went above and beyond what my regulars do by wiping down my fridge handles, cleaning my kitchen window and my slider. I was so impressed at how well the back-up worker took care of our home. We were worried that we wouldn't have as thorough a cleaning as normal but we got more and it is nice to know that all of the workers take care of your home as if t were their home.
Good cleaning overall,some areas needed to be pointed out.

You guys have been doing an amazing job on our home, everything always looks great when I come home that day I almost don't want to use it and mess it up again! :-) My husband works from home and actually in a bedroom that's connected to one of the bathrooms, the team is always so courteous making sure to do that one last or come and go quietly if he's juggling conference calls. I can't tell you what it means to us to be able to spend the extra time with our 8 month old instead of having to worry about keeping the house clean. I have and will continue to recommend you guys to anyone that will listen to me :-)
It is so nice to come home to a clean house. We recently remodeled and changed our appliances to stainless steel and our counter tops to granite. Merry Maids immediately adapted their cleaning process. I also use various room scents in our home and when I come home that is what I smell and not cleaning products. I am very pleased with your work. The toiled is clean. The sinks are clean. The den is clean, especially where I do the shredding of documents. And an effort is made to put the rug under the desk. The carpets in the bathroom are layed down nicely. In short, an extra effort is made to not only clean things, but to put them back the way I like them. My team goes above and beyond to find projects above and beyond their job-description to keep everything in my house clean and looking fantastic! Even when holidays or sickness, disrupts the work schedule, they bend over backwords to squeeze all clients in, so I can count on them no matter what to work with me if they have to change my regular day and time. If their scheduled time or day to be here doesn't work for me, they will do their best to accommodate a better day or time. Love that they call the day before to remind me and confirm when the will be here. My team leader, Claudia, is the best! The admin people in the office are always friendly and willing to help. Nice that they always answer the phone. I have never received a recorded message to click (1) for this, (2) for that, etc. Great customer service always! They never disappointment. Even if I am unhappy about something, which is rarely, they always take responsibility, even if it's not their fault, and fix it. As a single woman, I love that I can trust them in my home when I am absent and help make my life so much easier! Love the Merry Maids!
