Super helpful staff all around, pool warm enough for little kids but not hot as bathwater. WAY more affordable than gyms up in Canton.

Everyone was so kind and informative from the young lady I spoke to on the phone to Brandon who signed us up in person he was super kind , patient and helpful. The operations manager inside the pool area I can’t remember his name but he also was super kind and Informative. We felt very welcomed joining. We need more people like your staff in customer service areas. Keep up the good work !

I have been coming to the Y in Dundalk for a few weeks now and I am really impressed. The facilities are update and clean. The staff is friendly. Each time I have come I have been able to find a lane to do my laps in and the pool is a good temperature. I am excited to keep coming!

Really incredible staff, facilities are always clean, our swim instructor Will is kind and patient during our adult swim lessons. Highly recommend.
The stafff was very accomodating. They were worked really hard in order to get my son in a swim class of his skill level. Once in the class they did a really good job of walking a fine line between being stern (being around water is very serious and you can get hurt) but also making it fun which I imagine is not always the easy when dealing with smaller kids. The locker rooms were very clean as well

I really love it. The pool is wonderful. I will say. I would love it more. If when you walk out of the pool area the halls and bathroom would be warmer. It's freezing when you come out of the pool area. Almost to the point i can hardly stand it.

The Y in Dundalk is conveniently located. The pool is terrific. The center is clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. This Y in Dundalk, serves a very important function in this community. It is a learning place for children and a meeting place for seniors. The closing of this center has been a great loss to the neighborhoods and community. I don't think you realize just how special this Y is. The same groups of people and families have been coming here to the Pool for years. I and many many more would love to see the swim center reopened for us all to enjoy again. There is no place quite like it !

Like everything about the Y.
I live in Dundalk and have used the pool at the Dundalk Y for years. I just went to the Y pool in Parkville last Thursday and went swimming for the first time since about March of 2020. It’s a nice facility but I really hope you will open the Dundalk facility again, since it’s so close to me. I’m 67 years old and I really need a consistent and regular exercise routine like swimming to maintain good health.
I swim because it’s good for my health it gives me better range of motion
Swimming is the onely exercise I can do because i am confined to a wheelchair. even through the pandemic the Y has tried to maintain availability of its facilities and programs, both that I can use, and for others who can use other programs. They worked to support critical workers with childcare and support .
