I have already recommended the Y to several neighbors. My daughter attends Before and After School Extension, and loves all of her teachers there. The excellent gym and pool are a bonus!

there are numerous things to do and i feel comfortable there. the staff was very helpful and instructors are well educated.

They have done a great job keeping the kids active and interested. Haven't spent too much time on skill and just let the kids play. Exactly what my kid wanted-to play and just have fun!

The exercise floor was spacious, however I thought some of the equipment was too close together but overall it was a really great visit.

Staff is very friendly Facility has newer equipment. Only downfall is they don’t have water fountains to accommodate water bottles and thermos containers.

the y in Arnold is temporarily closed for renovations
yours is so much cleaner, newer and has better amenities

The racquetball courts are awesome and there is plenty of room to do free weight workouts

The equipment is clean, there is usually someone around I can ask questions of. My only issue is that there is no place to do floor exercises. There uaed to me an area near the wall, but that is gone with the new contraption. All of the ActiveTrax routines call for floor exercises

The customer service by Shari at the front desk in the Pasadena, MD. location was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, warm and welcoming. The facility is clean and my family’s overall experience has been a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend this location and look forward to continuing to frequent it!
