Friendly staff (shout out to Carrie, who is on duty at front desk before 5:00 a.m. and makes me feel welcome every day).

AJ doing a great job getting new equipment, keeping machines in good working order; the white board with equipment that is down and status of repairs is terrific!
The people that I see at the gym are all very nice; I like seeing the diversity (age, skill level, ethnicity, etc.) that the Y attracts, which reflects our community.
The sense of community that the Y encourages (food donations, events for seniors, kids art, the book shelves with free used books, the big blow up snowman, etc...so fun!)
Suggestions for improvement:
Please get another cable set; the single one (with two sides) is very popular and many people use it....we need another one!
Please find a way to remind people to not just camp out on a machine (i.e., cables) while they talk to others, text, park all their gear there...very frustrating!

The new Egym is amazing and all the upgraded equipment. Getting personalized attention from Zach when needed is the best.
Staff is very friendly, convenient hours and most of all helpflness as I am disabled.
The staff is knowledgeable and competent. The equipment is clean and serviced. The pool is clean.

Amazing equipment, amazing trainer…specifically Becky Weaver. She is instrumental and THE reason I’ve become passionate about my own fitness and health journey. She has guided me through two big weight losses (due to pregnancies) She is such an asset to this facility…so knowledgeable, compassionate and just a kind kind person. The Y of Pasadena is so lucky to have her!
Fantastic gym and pool area, highly recommend! I've been going for about a year now and I think this is a fantastic community. Every time I enter, I have the pleasure to be sincerely greeted by either Aiden, Zak, Spencer, AJ, or Bruce and they are always willing to assist whenever asked. Whenever I have any questions, they are always more than happy to help or assist in any way possible. The gym setup itself, pool, bathrooms, & the equipment are all very updated, cleanly, and professional. 10/10 no regrets joining, just wish I had done so sooner!

The staff has been super helpful since the first time I walked in to ask about membership. On each return, They are friendly and knowledgeable. Setting my grandson and me up with EGYM was easy because the personal trainer took his time to do it right.
