It is convenient for me to get to. There are many programs available for people.
I would like to see more for the older population. At one time before Covid there
was more chair classes but now I can only find one and it is at a time that is not
available for me.

I felt very welcomed and encouraged by Meisha and the staff at the Y in Pasadena!! Highly recommend for any age, especially for me trying to get a low-impact workout to stay healthy and fit as I age. Great job, Y!!
