For some time the toilet seats in the ladies rooms have been dismal and/or loose. Please, can we get some new ones??
The folks at the front desk barely engage me or anyone else when we enter. Recently I got a weak 'Good morning' and the employee didn't even look away from the computer screen.
Fairly well, kept exercis equipment and assortment of yoga classes that fit needs off a whole wide range of abilities.

I just joined and Dawn gave me a great tour and answered all my questions. There is so many activities to try . My first day I needed help with a machine and Bob helped me and even gave me suggestions to reach my goals ( rowing machine) . I’m very happy I joined
The pool is great, I have always been able to swim. I also appreciate the care provided for kids and activities for kids that are included with the membership.
Most fitness classes are really good too.
Pasadena YMCA workers are very, very kind. Makes me feel like is a my second house.
I am very happy that, I’ve been member since when they build the for sale.
I always tell my friend who is not a member tell them to join YMCA.

I’ve been a member for quite a few years. The Y has great equipment, and a wonderful pool. I love that the pool water is comfortable, that you can have a day when you bring lunch in the summer. My grandchildren belong as well as my daughter and son-in-law. The “girls” and I or the kids and I go and stay a few hours.its a great place to exercise. I often go by myself. Its a great resource.
I have a senior family membership, which allows my daughter and her four children (all of whom live with me) access to the Y. A wonderful thing for our family!
Things have finally improved with the new management. However, your venue will not be fully inclusive and welcoming until Renee Williams is gone.
While we have joined many gems over the course of the years the Y Has been an absolute great choice for our family with the amount of programs they have and the childcare staff as well as the staff in general knowing us by name and treating us almost as family is worth it. The customer service and staff make this membership worth every dollar.

I was very happy to see that you changed your policy on the second floor exercise room where the total gym machines are located. My daughter and I had not been to the Y in quite some time because that room was off limits. Happy to see that we can use it again!

The instructors for the classes are great. I felt great going to the classes. I like the Monday snack day 😊 I like the mini library and other special events. Love the pool and sauna! 😁👍🏻
