The Y in general was great. For the ballet experience. There is much to be desired. The instructor didnt even learn the children's names. Instructor was rude and the assistant would follow leader. Additionally, kept canceling class sessions.
I love the parent child movers class. I’m so happy that it got brought back! I heard it won’t be back next session and I’m disappointed.
I think it went well overall. There were 2 cancellations but things happen. I like being able to take her and there not be the expectation that there will be some kind of show or ridiculous costume/picture fees. I have older girls so I've been through that before and just wanted something less financially stressful especially if my daughter didn't like it.
Facility was clean and well maintained. We only used the pool and the children really enjoyed their time.
Safety if very obviously a priority judging from the number of lifeguards on duty and protocols.
Staff was friendly and welcoming.
The gym looked well stocked with many available machines and a good variety of machines.
The gym appeared to be very welcoming and non judgemental.
Love all of the different swim exercise classes and how the pool is open all year because of the removable dome. I also love the EGym circuit. It is helping me build muscles and I feel great! As you get stronger, the weights change. The people that work there are also very helpful.

We went to the Y in Pasadena. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool is huge and offers a variety of depths for swimmers of all experience levels. I appreciate their commitment to safety, by enforcing rules based on swimmer ability.
Instructors are great!!!
I love the group classes but especially Lora’s body pump class and Victor’s spinning classes. I live 5 minutes from the Arnold Y but come to Pasadena now 90% of the time.

Aidan helped me sign up at the Pasadena y and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He made my process very easy.
The Y has been a staple in our family for years. My children love going there - the opportunities to connect with kids and other families and the pool are our holy grail.
Friendly group of folks in the workout area (the early 5:15 a.m. crew). A sense of community. The always warm welcome from Carrie at the front desk.
Improving my fitness, strength, and health.
I gave bad reviews when they closed the sauna. Now there are two new saunas, new equipments. I see great improvements.

All is well
I like the variety of classes offered at the Y and the great instructors.
I don't like the fact that:
cycle equipment breaks and it isn't fixed for months; there is no fan in the multi-purpose room at the Pasadena Y; the center is always running out of wipes for the equipment; there aren't enough weights in each of the rooms where classes are held.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They even noticed it was my birthday and wished me Happy Birthday. I was very impressed with the above and beyond service. Hospitality is a huge part of.my career. Unfortunately, it is no longer a priority many places. I appreciate it very much and like to acknowledge it. Thank you for rhe good vibes!

I appreciate the ease of checking in and then the friendliness of the staff. The machines areaways clean and the facility is spacious and open. I particularly like the eGym machines as they are super easy to use and efficient. Love getting in, doing the circuit and moving on to treadmill, pool, or sauna.
