Love, love, love my instructors - especially Jenn G (Body Balance) and Wendy G.(Gentle Yoga; Meditation)! Both are so knowledgeable and both provide such an enjoyable and effective experience. I am thrilled with the improvements I've seen in my strength and flexibility as well as a significant reduction in my sciatica. Kudos to the Y for hiring such awesome instructors!
The facilities are always clean, there is a great variety of activities and equipment, and at much for the kids to do!
I enjoy the classes I take, the facility is clean and well equipped, staff and instructors are friendly.
Parking can be tight, and some of the classes are much too loud, which can damage hearing.

I had a great experience at the YMCA in Pasadena. What really stood out to me was how committed the staff are to doing their jobs well. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
Everyone I interacted with seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do, which creates a really positive and welcoming environment. They are also very kid-friendly, which makes it a great place for families.
The gym is wonderful as well—clean, well-maintained, and a great space to work out.
Overall, it feels like a well-run place where people care about both their work and the community they serve.

The staff, the EGym and the equipment is always clean and there is always atrainer available to help with the machines and answer questions.
The Y is my village. I am a single mom and without the Y and all the many family benefits I do not know how I would manage. Beyond the awesome facility and programs the staff is priceless. I truly enjoy being part of and having such a great community asset. I have and will continue to recommend the Y to family, friends and acquaintances as I know they will also find it to be such a great place to enjoy. The rockwall staff are super friendly they helped my 7 year old who was a little scared, it’s now his favorite part of the y! All the staff was amazing BUT especially the rockwall staff. They deserve the praise
