The people working at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The trainer we met to learn the EGYM was fantastic. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient.

Classes are good, nice facility, friendly staff.
But some of the classes are way too loud, to a level that can damage hearing.
So far, it’s been very clean and all the equipment have been functioning. The personnel have been helpful and friendly.

The updated equipment at the Y Pasadena has made working out even better. Adding the Saunas has been great as well, its not good that one of them is already broken when they were just opened.
A.J. took my elderly friend and I around the gym and explained how a trainer could work with her physical problems and discussed equipment and the new sauna she is interested in. He really took his time with her and was great!
Staff throughout the Y — as well as the overall atmosphere — are friendly and welcoming.
I mainly use the pool, which is a nice facility. I enjoy having a space to swim laps that is separate from the kids/family zone and other aquatic activities. I also appreciate the relatively quick, hard work that went in to repairing and reopening the pools after recent closures.

Staying fit and feeling well is effortless with the Y. I personally love dancing, particularly Zumba. The Y offers the class twice a day, so I have hit the "exercise jackpot" as to choices of time and days. The only thing to make class better is to expand the room size, as the classes are always popular!
