The pool is great for my granddaughters, I like the equipment, haven't tried class yet but will be going soon. It's very clean in my Pasadena location an the service staff at the front desk are very helpful and kind.

I was a member in the Big Vanilla days and honestly I was concerned about how the facility would be maintained by a non profit owner.Overall I have been pleasently surprised. But I am very concerned about the condition of the mens swim locker room. The showers are in need of renovation/repair. Tiles are missing, the soap dispensers work poorly or not at all, the shower heads are ancient. Please address this. Thanks! Name removed
