I was a member in the Big Vanilla days and honestly I was concerned about how the facility would be maintained by a non profit owner.Overall I have been pleasently surprised. But I am very concerned about the condition of the mens swim locker room. The showers are in need of renovation/repair. Tiles are missing, the soap dispensers work poorly or not at all, the shower heads are ancient. Please address this. Thanks! Name removed

I play Pickleball at the Y about five times a week. It would be very nice if we could have an another bench back there and a shelf to put our water bottles above the coat hooks and if you could cover up those pipes that cross in the back Some kind of cushion, people have bumped their heads on that multiple times reaching over to get their ball. Also, there's a leak over the back court in the corner. when it rains we get a puddle there. Looking forward to playing Pickleball in the summer in the air-conditioning.
Love my Y. Appreciate the effort to get the Pasadena pool back in service after the snowstorm. And a great opportunity to revisit the Dundalk Y Swim Center while Pasadena was down. Fantastic to see Dundalk back in action!

The people working at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The trainer we met to learn the EGYM was fantastic. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient.
