Good equipment
I love everything about the y except the new guest policy. Never overly crowded and helpful staff and nice people. Very clean.
The water exercise class I attend provides realistic activities for me. And I enjoy the interaction with other members; we have a fun time.
I love the Y Parkville, MD branch. They are very friendly, efficient and effective.
I do not like the Y Towson, MD branch. Staring with the head person and the second person in charge, they are unfriendly and not welcoming.

Atmosphere, cleanliness
The staff at the Parkville Y are very friendly. I like the smallness of it and the diverse group of people who come to the Parkville Y. It continues to be my most enjoyable gym experience.

The kids daycare room has been a great experience for my grandson. The staff is friendly, especially Devyn at the front desk!!! He always has a welcoming smile for us when we walk in and out and is super friendly. The equipment is clean and readily available.
Betsey and Michelle are superb instructors. They make everyone feel welcome and included.
