Very friendly, secure environment .. Staff is very competent and helpful. Every time I finish working out I feel very energetic even if I started out tired.
I like the teachers who conduct the classes. I very much enjoy the people in my classes. I love the core conditioning and stretch classes I take with Linda and the body pump class taught by Ashley. I am in better shape than I have been in years. I like the feel of the place—it is a neighborhood place for all ages.
The convenience of location.
The temperature in the pool water is different almost every day - why can't the temp be consistent? The showers are not clean and the faucet to regulate the temperature is different in each stall - from luke warm to boiling hot and the area needs a really good scrubbing. The pool is not handicap accessible - even able bodied I find it difficult to open the doors. Finally, I find the entire facility - the gym and the pool area generally in dire need of a thorough cleaning - there is encrusted dirt and dust everywhre

Everyone is so friendly! Staff take the time to show you how to use the exercise equipment. And, it is not too crowded. And the swimming pool isn't too cold.
The avaliability of childcare helps me to meet my fitness goals.
The welcoming vibe, the many hours it is open and mostly the variety and high quality of the exercise classes. It is a community, not a gym and I am honored to be a part of it.
Always good. The exercise machines work. The locker room is clean. Staff is available if needed.
