Amazing, facilities are clean and staff are pleasant and helpful.
I had this knee pain for 6 months now. I refuse to take pain killers or have a surgery of some sort. I had been to a physical therapist, orthopedist, massage therapist, etc. On the other hand, I religiously go to the Y's aquatic aerobic exercises and it has helped me ease the pain tremendously.
I had been an avid work-out enthusiast before but the constant pounding on my legs and knees probably deteriorated my muscles. They say that the water (pool) is so kind on the body.

I wish there was a coffee shop with snacks in the building.

The staff are always so kind and helpful. The people (neighbors) we encounter, whether we have met them before or not, tend to be friendly, which creates a nice sense of community.

Very friendly, secure environment .. Staff is very competent and helpful. Every time I finish working out I feel very energetic even if I started out tired.
I like the teachers who conduct the classes. I very much enjoy the people in my classes. I love the core conditioning and stretch classes I take with Linda and the body pump class taught by Ashley. I am in better shape than I have been in years. I like the feel of the place—it is a neighborhood place for all ages.
I like the wide array of experiences for many different interests -- lots of machines, the gym, classes, swimming pool - -great staff - very friendly and very helpful - -the folks who go are very nice, warm and engaging - old and young! we keep coming back!
