Warm environment.
The outside classes at the Towson Y keep me connected to good friends and I meet new friends all the time. The instructors of Body Sculpt and Cardio Dance are terrific....skilled, gracious, fun to be with. The Towson Y helps me keep a high priority on my physical fitness by offering classes at convenient times every day. And the high energy classes are wonderful stress relievers...all good and at a great price.

Navigating appointments online can be challenging and they never tire of assisting you with changes you want to make.
Liked it when it was possible to reserve a lane (not sharing one) but understand why change was necessary.
Also appreciate how well staff handle telephone calls when I do call. Again, very helpful.

The gym attendant was open to showing me how to work the machines. The Y had wipes so I did not have to use my own to clean the machine

I was expecting that YMCA would have more exercise stuff for kids. The swimming pool and rock climbing is the only things I bring my kids to Y.

I've experience a warm and pleasant atmosphere. You ask a question, the staff will give you an answer. If they don't know it, they will ask someone and come back to you. The same experience is for life guards and instructors.

The Ymca Towson is a beautiful facility with a friendly staff where you can focus on your workout. There are a number of free classes available that are really great. My family loves using the pool and the swim classes have been a real benefit! Thank you
