It’s a beautiful facility. My only wish is that they kept a swim lane open for people that do exercise in the pool.

As I only use the pool for water exercises, I can only speak to that aspect. The pool is a wonderful one and I have recommended it to several friends, some of whom I hope will join. The water-related classes are varied and imaginative, the instructors are good and the fellow participants friendly. The locker room is adequate and clean.
The staff are cheery and welcoming when I check in and always wish me well when I leave.
Being fairly new in the area I do no know any other Y members, but I have always felt comfortable there.
The retirement community where I live does not have a pool and since water aerobics has been my passion, I was so happy to find this beautiful pool and wonderful classes. I dread the day when I can no longer drive and my access to the pool will no longer be possible. Perhaps there might be a way in which the retirement community and the Towson Y can form a membership so that this facility can be offered to the residents.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean. The equipment is plentiful, in good condition, and there is plenty of it.
