Smaller boxing and work out area. Just missing a speed bag but otherwise love all if the equipment for a great HIT workout

People who work at the Y are helpful and friendly. There is a good selection of classes although I would like to see more classes for Seniors. I think the demand is there.

I love the Y. I have been a member for about 6 months and am more impressed every day. My ONLY issue is that instructors do not encourage participants to wipe down their mats at the end of class :(

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love working out in a small group setting. Someone else decides the workout and leads us through it. It's fun to share the class with other people, but less than 10. I like the 30 minute classes - very intense yet effective.

Loved the basketballs skills clinic. My boys (6 and 8) enjoyed it so much, they never wanted to leave!

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love the fireplace area, game room & pool for the kids. The updated workout area is fabulous for me, and my older boys love the basketball courts!! As a mom of seven kids, ages 3-15, I can honestly say there is truly something for everyone at the Towson Y!! If I wished for one thing, it would be a play area like the one at Parkville for the littles. Otherwise, it’s perfection!
