It has a happy, affordable, feel good environment that helps me feel great, particularly after doing workouts that are surely wonderful for my head & body. I always feel better after my visit then I did before I arrived.

Took my first cycling class with (Jess?) 5:45am on Tuesday. She was super welcoming, helpful, and did a great class. Loved the music she used too. Thanks!

What do you like about your Y experience?

yoga, although it would be great to have a meditation class right after a couple of the yoga classes. Also, it would be nice if some different styles of yoga were available, because the vinyasa style hurts my hands if i do it too much.

I love the ethnically community, great facilities and my caring and attentive trainer. Just had double knee replacements, and the strength, and flexibility he has helped me develop have been invaluable in working with PT and OT.
