I like the variety of people who enjoy using the Y. I like the way the facility and machines are maintained. I think many of us probably take for granted the cleanliness, but it really is excellent, and for those of us who have a loved one who is immuno-suppressed (and therefore more vulnerable to illness) and who is motivated to use the Y, this makes a big difference. I am grateful to people like Chris, who help us everyday (old) folks, who don't want to do training sessions but sometimes have questions.
Super instructors and clean place
The Y has everything anyone would need. Everyone who works there is super nice and always willing to help in any way. Plus, it is always spotlessly clean and well maintained.

I enjoy the body pump classes. There is a group of us who have been doing the class for years. I enjoy the fellowship.

My daughter was nervous about starting swimming lessons at first but by the time the session was over she was begging me to sign up for another. I’m thankful that she is being active, having fun, and learning an important life skill.
Love the layout of the facility, family-friendly, loads of treadmills, great swimming classes for kids, separate kid/family pool, friendly staff, and everything is clean and well-maintained.
