The environment is great! Meaning, the staff as well as it’s members. They seem to be concerned about your health, isn’t that what we all want?!

This may sound silly but, I feel guilty, when I miss a few days, from my routine. It feels like I failed in my commitment, to myself, the members and the staff, of the Ymca.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love the amount of yoga classes offered and the varying levels offered as well. I can take a class according to how I'm feeling on a particular day. Today I took the 8:30 class with Karen and it was not a very good experience compared to the others I've had. She was a lovely person but not very instructive. I would imagine if you were not too familiar with yoga it would have been difficult to follow along as there was little instruction as to the poses and movements.

The staff are friendly, But the coffee bar or smoothie bar needs some improvement specially on the amount of coffee and price.

The Rock Steady Boxing instructors really put lots of effort into our their work with us. they want to see improvement in our ability

We had a great experience and as far as I know there isn’t a baseball / t-ball program like this for kids starting at 3yo in the area. My son loved it!!

The tour was awesome however, I’ve been looking for a gym without plastered televisions and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Y has individual televisions. Great job

Very family friendly, flexible schedules and lots of options for everyone. Only downfall is the kid care area seems to always be full when I come.
