The Y staff create a welcoming environment. The facility is always well maintained. The pool staff is friendly; I appreciate all they keep the pool area clean and safe for all. I highly recommend joining the Y; they have numerous activities and projects going that suit young and not so young. I also appreciate that they sponsor a number of community drives; they provide an outlet for me to help the families of Carroll County.
I like the lap pool appointments as opposed to the former "open pool" where appointments were not required or available.

One suggestion I'd make is it would be good if there was a free trainer in the workout room more often (I've rarely seen one there who is not continuously busy) for people with questions, and also to encourage people to make sure they are always using the disinfectant wipes on the equipment they use. I have recently noticed a fair number of people who are not always doing this.
It would also be good if disinfectant wipes were easily accessible in the locker rooms, so people can wipe all surfaces they touch when changing clothes.

It’s nice to have options to exercise. I also like the new equipment, the plastic shields in place, and the ease of finding disinfectants for equipment and hands.

Exercise and visiting with others
Due to Covid, the only thing I'm using right now is the pool. I love the reservation system and I hope it will be kept even after Covid is over.
I swim at the Y, I take classes, Patty, Laura, Lauri, and Susan are the best!
That I can schedule my exercise time and there are only a few people exercising at the same time and everyone is very careful about wearing masks and staying distanced
