Would suggest lighting change for studio where yoga is taught. One bright light in the middle of the room is jarring. Instructor was great but the overhead light is not. I understand you have to have some light for safety purposes but surely there is another solution.

I like the feeling of community, and I have made many friends there with my fellow gym buddies, and the folks that work there. I absolutely love my personal training workouts with my trainer. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and he has helped me become very strong and healthy.
