I like the machines and am very appreciative that they have handicapped-accessible machines for my husband. We also like the rock climbing walls and staff that are so friendly to my children.
It is a family atmosphere.
Thank God for your pools! I feel so blessed to have the pools and water classes available to me. I have witnessed so many seniors being helped by this form of aqua physical therapy.

The class schedule is diverse with lots of everything from early morning through 7:30PM evening classes on weekdays.
The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, always courteous & helpful.
The instructors are certified, experienced, knowledgeable & caring. Especially Michele Wiseman & her outstanding Pilates classes on Sunday morning & Monday at 5:30 PM
Katrina Laudale is terrific. I love her circuit training gold & total body classes, always an awesome workout!
Chris Kelley’s Yoga class on Wednesday afternoon is fabulous but we need more yoga classes after 5:30PM during the week - Please!
Also, Thank you for the Saturday body pump class at 10:30AM - it’s a great workout & ideal time for those of us who still work M-F, 9-5. I love this class as do many others, it’s always full.
Same for Sunday 4:30PM yoga, it’s AWSOME!!!! Thanks for keeping it on the schedule!!!
