Logan in the child care is so sweet and loving! We love her! I also love the amazing classes and instructors! It’s great to get some time for myself and I leave a better, more loving and patient Mom, which is best of all!

I love the fun energy, positivity, encouragement and creativity of the morning group exercise instructors, especially kelly, kathy, Ashley, Jeanine, and sat morning kickboxing instructor. They are amazing and keep me coming back and recommending it to my friends and family.
I would love more kickboxing classes!

What do you like about your Y experience?

I have been attending he arthritis fitness class as much as I can on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Mary Major. I live part time in Annapolis and am not always here to attend but I really miss those classes. Mary is a fantastic teacher. She is tuned into her participants problems and does exercises to help improve those very problems all the while entertaining her class with her
funny stories. She is extremely helpful to one and all and has so much caring and compassion for her students.
I am so thankful for the very warm water. Without that water being that temperature I would not be able to attend classes because of my Osteoarthritis.
I love the people in the class and over the years look forward to seeing them when I come.
We had a wonderful Christmas Luncheon yesterday which gives one a chance to get to know others in your class in a more personal way.
