I love the positive energy every time I walk into the Dancel Center. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean, bright and spacious. They have a wide array of class offerings - something for everyone! I just started pickleball and the coordinator and fellow attendees couldn’t be more supportive. I have enjoyed being a Y member!!

I absolutely LOVE the Cardio Dance group exercise with Janet. Her wonderfully choreographed dance routines are FUN and EASY to learn. Students of all ages and abilities can feel like a dancer with a variety of stimulating music that can include jazz, pop, salsa and hip hop. The Y also offers a warm and welcoming environment, and hosts a number of enjoyable themed events throughout the year. There are many opportunities for getting and staying healthy, and meeting new friends.

Everyone is so very helpful.
Love Janet Sinclair’s classes. She is amazing and makes exercise fun while explaining all the important precautions to take for safe exercise. Plus she frequently gives us healthy eating habits to follow.
The many different classes make it easy to fit something into everyone's schedule. I love that I can always find something depending on my schedule. Also love that there are classes on Saturday and Sunday.

the pool schedule in the evening is working for me since most of us working from 9-5 or 9-7 and when I am off work, the pool is available for me to swim after my work schedule is very good.
