I love swimming laps in the warm pool. After having many health issues, it has been a life saver. Many people that I have spoken and have the same issues, do laps as well, and are grateful that we can do this in the warm pool.
My first gym experience was a mix of excitement and nervousness. At first I felt a bit awkward since I was not familiar with the equipment. But once I started with simple exercises like treadmill and light weights I got more comfortable. The environment felt motivating and everyone was focused on their own workout. By the end I felt tired but satisfied. It was a good experience and made me want to keep going.
