What do you like about your Y experience?

I prefer swimming and water exercise, but also have the option of a dry workout.
We often have out of town company, and it is Relatively easy to bring guests.

What do you like about your Y experience?

Everyone is helpful, friendly and informative. It's like a home away from home for a few hours. Mike, especially, is wonderful. He treats everyone the same but makes you feel like you are the only one he is working with. He's professional and so caring.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love the Y but sometimes the women are rude. They bring their children in the ladies locker room. Step on the mat while you are working out. There are so many children on the treadmill without a parent or a bracelet.

Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Personal Trainer, Marsha, who helped get me set up on an exercise program. The equipment variety is great. Love the pool. And, the place is so clean and spotless.

I love the workers they are all so very nice and very knowledgeable. You have a great group of workers put together as a team. The people at the center are very nice and everyone has come together as a community should. I love this place!!!

Their are plenty of classes to attend, a nice weight room, basketball court and pool. I like that’s it’s an all around family environment with friendly staff to assist you.
