First, the warm greeting and friendly attitude were great. There was a complete explanation of all the work that Christian Brothers felt was needed, as well as a full explanation of the work that could only be done by the dealership. In addition, all the paperwork that I needed to take to the dealership was provided, so that I didn't have to worry about explaining work with which I wasn't really familiar. The reception area was very clean and attractive. All of the interactions with staff were professional. Good customer service, all around.

Christian Brothers could have easily just replaced a part that was not the defective one, but they kept digging into the issue and found the part that was actually defective. This was my first experience with Christian Brothers and I’m very impressed with their thoroughness.
