Friendly service

I took my car there for the first time yesterday. Basically just for a check up so they could have said I needed a list of things done. They are so honest that they only did an oil change, fuel filter, and rotated the tires all things that I knew I needed. They are so friendly and customer service oriented. They even put a bottled water and cookies in your car when you pick it up. I'm going to recommend them to all my friends.

Friendly service. Automatic notifications appreciated. Free pickup and drop off valuable. Clear explanations and photos of the work to be done. Clearly explained what the problem was and no hesitation about my driving the car off for a few days before I returned it for repair.

I really appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of the inspection of my Jeep. They saved me hundreds of dollars from a prior estimate from another shop. They also alerted me to a leaking battery that was still under warranty. They actually can look you in the eye, and explain the problem. Who knew that part of the knocking sounds were 2 loose bolts?? Something so simple. My Jeep sounds like it's new!

Hi All!
I had a great experience at Christian Brothers auto on Ventura. They were able to fix my brakes all the way around and put in a Serpentine belt and change the oil In half a day! They honored the coupon, the manager helped me to find online. They did a wonderful job.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They fixed my vehicles within the time frame they said they would. They also offer a 10% military/first responder discount which helps for those larger repairs. This shop seems to run like a well-oiled machine! I will take my vehicles here for future car maintenance.

I enjoyed the experience overall. Staff was all very friendly and patient. They provided good communication via text, email and phone calls keep us up to date on the status. The detailed estimate was provided with some items that I considered to be a little bit of an 'upsell', but when asked to remove them, they did so without a high pressure pitch, which was appreciated. Work was done quickly and competently. And there are cookies! Thanks, I will be back!
