I always know I’ll be well taken care of at Christian Brothers. They don’t try to upsell you or get you to do unnecessary work on your vehicle. They are straightforward, fair, and kind. I expected my visit to take an hour and this time it only took 30 minutes, too!

I have a hard time trusting many of the mechanics in albuquerque and often use several different mechanics because of that. This was my first time using christian brothers automotive and I can honestly say it won't be the last time. Although the issue with my car was bigger then expected the way the managers and owner handled the situation was very customer service friendly and they did things that no other shop in albuquerque would ever do. Because of of this I have trust in them that they will fix the issue or soften the blow of bad news. In life we can control only what we can control and the actions taken by Christian brothers automotive restored some lost faith in mechanics of albuquerque.

Every thing was taken care of and the work is always done in a reasonable time. I am always treated with respect and friendly courtesy.

Very pleasant waiting area.

Very friendly, responsive and clear with the issues they see and what they recommend to be repaired for safety. They understand the car was only needed for about 6 to 12 months and didn't push additional non urgent repairs. I had repairs before done that were within the 3 year warranty and it was fixed again without any additional work or proof needed on my end.

The only place I trust in Albuquerque to work on my car.

Hands down has the best email service on all works performed for documentation purposes. The rides to and from help as I am with over 40 biologist and often by myself as an admin, the rides are key for me getting anything done. The automotive experience there, with their Tech's and managers allows me to breath with confidence. I am getting the straight up answers to my questions. Also after going through front desk procedures, its not a long wait at all and you're in and out. I am going to turn my Fleet over to Christian Brothers Automotive. That's where my loyalty lies!
