Great place! When you walk in the door everyone seems so happy and welcoming. You are always greeted with a friendly hello. Robin is the best! I have been going to Robin since I moved to Florida. Always friendly, just a nice person.

It was a great experience. Jess is very good at what she does. I always get a perfect haircut and the scalp massage is to die for. I go there and only there for a reason. Jess does a great job managing the staff as well as providing an A++ experience for her clients.

I have had hair cuts at multiple locations around FL and this this cut by Brooke was one of the best I have had. Quick, precise, and looks good! I will probably start using her at this location.
I bring my great grandsons to the Port Charlotte Florida location and every time I request Jessica. Not many stylists can get a 1 1/2 year old boy to sit while she cuts his hair!! My 8 year old has been going to Jessica for about 2 years....and she does mine!!! We love her

Store was very clean & well organized. Checked in and styled by Mgr Nessa. Great cut and conversation. My first visit so I got "the works". Quite a nice, unexpected treat for thinking "I'll just stop in and see if they can squeeze me into their schedule". I could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the visit; salon, staff, technology & services!

Now I go there because of Casandra, (Casa). She is a truly experienced hair stylist. Not just based on my personal experience but I have seen her work with several others and am impressed with the results. She also had the right personality working with her clients. I have had several other people cut my hair and she is the best of the lot. I now make my appointments with her in mind.
I also enjoy the facial towels and massages too.

It costs too much. $24 for just a cut for a 70 year old man is too much. I didn’t even get the extra stuff. The girl did a great job but it cost too much for me.
Hot towel! The hair wash and temple massage! The massaging chair! The neck and shoulder massage with the pulsating massager! Ease of scheduling my appointment!

My 1st time going to your establishment, I was greeted right as I walked in. The staff was friendly, and the environment was so cool and relaxing. I loved the MVP treatment. Ofcourse I had to do the Ultimate MVP!

I did not walk in expecting to pay $50 for an inch trim with layers. I did not get any of the mvp special with the hot towel or massage or anything. Plus I got charged extra for layers which I didn't know about until I was paying..
I don't come in and ask for alot which is why I've never spent more than $30 on a routine haircut, but I walk out spending $50, unbelievable.
