I had a great experience here for my first time at Sport Clips, and I will definitely be coming back monthly for a haircut.
I could walk in and receive service without a crowd of people "ahead" of me via web check-ins. I hate that. You don't do that, so that is a big plus. Also, the stylist was very competent, was pleasant to talk to, and I like the sports theme.

Great stylists. I travel alot and love the franchise's! They are amazing, over my years of travel maybe had one or two bad experiences.
With that siad, I would appreciate it if the the corporate center could figure out how to keep my hairstyle in the app so I dont have to explain it to each franchise hairstylist.
Love the app and ability to get a place in line without an appointment in advance.

Easily accessible
First time in a sport clips. And there won't be a second visit. I paid 28 dollars to have someone do a horrible job with my hair. I probably should have walked out when I heard a man come in with his son and complain about what they did to him. All I can say is your employee needs a lot more training. And I have thin straight hair thats easily trimmed up. I don't live in the area for you to make anything right. So maybe just work with your cutter.
