How flexible they are with our schedule
Everyone is really friendly. Sara seems to truly care bout her employees. Even when her employees make a boo boo she helps them fix it n explains the seriousness of the boo boo n still supports u as the employee . She also has much cooth and will not publicly humiliate the employee she will pull employee aside which makes the employee not feel attacked or made fun of. I appreciate her very much. Scheduling staff is great as well. A lil ruff around the edges but once u are warmed up she makes u feel important. Collin is very sweet, kind with his words n great at not making the employee feel dumb and jimmy he’s a big teddy bear. Just want to squeeze the niceness out of him so I’m a lil nicer . Anya is the best teacher ever n quite funny too. Always has a pep in her step n makes the employee feel like an equal. All these things are extremely important to me. I haven’t got to meet Alex or speak with him but I’m sure he’s great cuz how could u not be being around all these awesome people? I hope to work side by side with them all one day.
I like how everyone comes together and can be a family. I enjoy having friendly clients and enjoy that my company makes there days better.
Has absolutely great management always listening to their employees making them feel like they matter and always understanding if you are sick and aren't able to make it and don't make you feel bad if you aren't able to do something

Everyone is very nice and understanding. The staff are always willing to help and if you ask for something they try their hardest to get you what you need. Everyone I have met from senoir helpers are a delight to work with and I’m very happy to work with them.
I love how welcoming and inviting they are! I also love that they refer to their employees as their senior helper family and they actually make it feel like their family! I also love the open schedule aspect so you can work your schedule around your life for example your kids and other responsibilities. I also love that they are a huge support system even though the office staff is only five people those five people make sure that you are set up for success in every way possible! They are just a phone call away if you have a question or you need backup and they're genuinely willing and happy to help at a moment's notice! The only reason I did nine instead of a 10 is because this is not the easiest job to do. Some people that have really tender hearts might not fare well in this job because it's really hard to not get attached to your clients and it's kind of a helpless feeling sometimes because we can only do so much.
