I like how well I am treated by our owners and managers. I like how close I am with my boss. She understands when life happens to fellow employees and she really shows how much she truly cares for each and every one of her employees. She also shows the same compassion for all of our clients.
When I was going through the hiring process, my HCA certification had been been expired for almost two years. I had to wait for the Department of health and DSHS to have a meeting regarding me and me having my certification renewed. I was officially hired on July 2019, but because of my certification renewal process I wasn't able to physically start until August 29th 2019. My current employer checked on the status of my certificate every Monday or Tuesday and they all actually waited for me.
I love the fact that Senior Helpers management team were all available to help me in with anything that I may have needed in the meantime while waiting for DOH and DSHS.
The staff is super friendly. They are wonderful and do everything they can to fit your schedule and other needs. They are very understanding,helpful, quite knowledgeable and professional. Senior Helpers is a joy to work for and they have wonderful clients.

I love that Sarah and Tawnya meet the carestaff at the home of the client and introduce the client and carestaff to each other, Sarah and Tawnya are so involved with the clients, and very easy to talk to. I enjoy senior helpers because of the environment, it feels like a family.

Senior Helpers puts a lot of time into communication to make sure it’s employees don’t feel like they are working alone but with a team of people who care about what they do!

If I have to call out or have an emergency I’m not treated like I don’t matter. The staff is always very understanding that I’m single mom and have no help.
