Based on my son experience, who likes learning at Mathnasium and his view of math has changed to a positive since starting there. He has has said several times that Mathnasium’s learning style has help better then school it’s self. He sometimes uses his new skills during everyday activities.

So far so good - my son's math grade has really gone up. The hard part now is to keep him motivated that he has to learn math without being in a math class.

One of my kids used to hate math and fell behind in school. Through Mathnasium, she is now excelling in math and actually enjoying her sessions there.

For both my kids, Mathnasium has been a blessing through Covid. I feel that in math at least, they will not fall behind this year.

My son's math experience at Mathnasium has been great. They make all efforts to help my son understand the concepts rather than just memorizing. The centre also makes sure adequate measures are in place to ensure the safety of the students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are very impressed with the Mathnasium learning method and their teams both Collingwood and North Van. They have made our daughter confident by working with her to create a firm foundation and improve her math skills. When she started in June 2020, she was using basic tools to help with her number computation such as finger counting and drawing circles. In just 4 months she had completed topics such as Double Facts, Complements of 10, Subtraction Facts, Missing addends, even and odd numbers, and is now able do mental math and has become more independent as they are moving to more complex topics.

I have been very happy with my children’s progress since June. In such a short time, they have come to enjoy math much more. In the start of the pandemic It was a battle to get them to do their math homework. Just because I’m good at math myself doesn’t mean I can teach the concepts. I’m glad I am letting the professionals that’s been doing this daily teach them. My children is always excited to go for their math session even after a long day in school. I’ve talked highly of this experience to my school parents and 2 have already signed up.

Elia still loves to do math at Mathnasium. Online is significantly less productive then in-person for a number of reasons. Nonetheless, we were happy to have the option :)

It is amazing the formula Mathnasium uses to teach students. Our kid has been attending for less than two months and we are definitely seeing a change in her approach to math. Great system for kids to learn which gives excellent results.

We have only been attending Mathnasium for for one month and so far, our daughter is really enjoying the math sessions. She willingly wants to attend her three sessions per week. We can see a bit of confidence with her approach to math and that is already a good sign for us. In fact, we are considering putting our high school kid into Mathnasium too!

My daughter is a grade 9 student and absolutely loves Mathnasium. She basically gets help with homework and it has made a huge difference to her confidence and understanding.
