There's many choices of activities /classes to choose from 😊. Staffs are awesome ❤️! My best n favorite one is Zumba Classes (7 days a week, various hours to choose) I ❤️ all my Zumba Instructors!!! Great Job!!!!

Cleanliness of club and friendly staff. Variety of classes for super fit, moderately fit, and just starting out and/or mobility challenged. I haven’t tried many classes but the ones I have were awesome! I can’t wait to attend more and become more involved.

the Masters swimming is awesome - it's the best for physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing - I use this for more than just keeping fit as some physical issues would be extremely worse if I wasn't doing this. It's a lifestyle, not a leisure activity. I just wish the ventilation during the winter was better as the dome over this pool keeps way too much chlorine smell in the air and makes it extremely difficult to breath, until the windows are opened, and then mid winter, everyone outside the water is cold
There are a lot to choose from something for everyone. Very happy joining the ymca

Great exercises Afro senior citizens. I do the water activities and my husband does the weights. We have also done yoga in the past and enjoyed it.
