Clinic staff and providers are great, I enjoy spending my time with them during my visits, it is a very much pleasant experience. Mersky alongside the front reception are always so kind, making me feel comfortable and welcome.

I like the location and the teachers and the classes and that they are not to big and if you can’t do the moves they let you do something else and they let you do part or all of workouts routines. The yoga instructors are very nice and friendly and helpful and they always ask how you are doing and tell you that you only what you can do and that you only have to do part of the workout in class or you can do all of it if you want to and you can improvise on the stuff that you can not do. They also ask how you are doing and enjoy the rest of the day when you leave. They also tell me when I leave class that I have improved a lot since starting to do yoga again after I had not done it for a while. I also enjoy doing yoga because it makes me feel my body look and feel better and less sore and I sleep good after I do it. Name removed.

The classes are always punctual, with highly qualified instructors who accompany and guide us through each exercise. I've tried going to the gym many times, but I always gave up due to lack of motivation, something that doesn't happen now and I've already seen a big change in my body in the first month. I've been practicing Reformer Pilates. I highly recommend it!!

My sauna time has become a quiet sanctuary for me and I feel so relaxed after my sessions. The staff is friendly and attentive to my preferences for lights, temp, and music/entertainment. Everything is ready exactly how I like it when I come in so I don’t have to mess with any settings. They provide a body towel and face/head towel so I don’t have to bring anything with me. I love the refreshing eucalyptus towel to cool off after my session. Overall it’s a peaceful place to clear my mind and melt away stress.
I just love this place! Cleanliness to the top! Releases all the stress and I feel refreshed after each session. Highly recommend. Can’t wait for my next session!

I’ve visited a handful of Perspire studios across Texas, and this location was the cleanest, most updated, and most hospitable. Aaliyah did a fantastic job explaining the ins and outs of the studio and each of the functions and how tos. Everything was in proper working order and flawlessly executed. Only downfall was higher pricing than other locations, but I think likely worth it for the extra care and cleanliness.
