My massage therapist, RJ, delivered excellent service and remained focused throughout the session, even when the audio system malfunctioned. I appreciated his dedication and professionalism. However, I rated the experience a “9” due to two concerns:
The audio system repeatedly cut out, which disrupted the ambiance. While RJ chose not to interrupt the massage to address it, the issue should be resolved to maintain a consistent environment for future clients.
The cashier’s tone was dismissive and unprofessional when I used multiple gift cards with small balances. Her comment—“Do you have any more gift cards, ugh?”—was unnecessary and off-putting. This interaction negatively impacted my overall experience and may influence my decision to return.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal as well and allows me to run errands before/after my sauna visits.

I love the cleanliness, the service, and the space. The only thing that I don’t love about the Eagle location is you can hear the exercise class next door’s music bumping while you’re trying to meditate in the sauna, and it would be nice if some of the rooms had showers like the Boise location. Otherwise pretty good experiences with the Eagle location!
