The whole experience was great! Kylie explained everything to us and was so knowledgeable. She really made us feel comfortable, as it was our first time! The sauna was relaxing and 40 min seems like the perfect amount of time to relax without going stir crazy. The eucalyptus towel at the end of the session made the whole thing a 11/10!

The workers
Coaches are amazing. I like their energy, the way their classes differs from one another, the way they see and encounter each one that is participating in the classes. They're giving good feedback and motivating people. I feel like there's always safe space to enter the studio. They are also always eager to hear feedback themselves and develop the classes towards wishes, especially Jack. The BAY Punavuori is such a beautiful and serene place – so simple, like a piece of New York in Helsinki.
The only thing that I would pay more attention is that how people are taking care of the equipment after use. Many times people are rushing out of the class and it feels like they couldn't have wiped everything they used properly in that time. So maybe that is something the coaches could address more spesifically? I'd love to see the floors wiped more often from hairs and dust. Just a small things, not saying that the studio is dirty though. I feel like overall it's very clean. I've also wondered should there be more challenging classes or division between easy, intermediate and somehow progress from there? At least this isn't showing on the booking for customers clearly enough.

Bay Kanavaranta remains my favourite place in the whole city. I really appreciate the cozy atmosphere and how welcoming it feels. All teachers are lovely, but Alessandra stands out as the best.

They are very attentive. The facility is clean. I have a disability where I have to use a cane and they were very helpful and accommodating.
I have been working out at the Rochester facility for 18 months now, and I have to say I am impressed with how clean they keep the place and their ability to gauge the intensity of a workout. My last workout today was just as challenging as the first one.
Levi has been an excellent addition to the team, and it is clear that all three gentlemen take enormous pride in their work. Personally, I have benefited enormously from working with them and look forward to more in the future.
Location, class variety, studio, teachers
Everything is simply laid out. Clean facilities and many options. Above all... The front desk is the best.
I feel like the trainers actually care about me. My workouts feel personalized and the trainers listen to what I have to say. I also like that it’s easy to schedule appointment times and the facility is flexible.
