This was my first experience with Yoga. I took Iyengar with Birgit at 5:30 pm. on 12/18. She was very interested to hear about me having knee replacements and said she would always offer alternative positions or variations of poses. Birgit did just that!!
She also explained the Iyengar principles carefully and thoroughly. She described and demonstrated the methods in an easy to understand manner, always offering alternatives that would be easier with my knees.
I had a fantastic first experience with Birgit as my instructor and look forward to taking many classes from her.

The experience was exceptional. The staff explained the technology and health benefits. The facility was clean and well thought out.

Each sauna suite is extremely clean. There is TV yo watch to help pass the time while sweating. There is a water bottle refill station to ensure hydration.

I really appreciated the calm, serene and comfortable atmosphere in addition to the efficient, knowledgeable and kindness of the staff.

I love how the staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean. All of the saunas work perfectly and everything is customizable.

Just had our first class with Birgit. She was terrific!

The private sauna rooms are amazing with the tv and showers. The staff are all very friendly. I love that my preferences are set up before I even come, so all I have to do is relax. After my session, a nice quick shower to wash my body and cool off is fantastic. Not having to worry about one single thing allows me to just enjoy

From the instant I arrived I was impressed by the staff as well as the peaceful surroundings. My massage therapist, Stephanie, was so amazing. Not only did she do a fabulous job, she was very friendly and engaging.

Quiet spaces. This is taken seriously. Dim lights and atmosphere that allows inward focus. Great instruction & true yoga practice. I feel the instructors have a deep understanding on both the technical and spiritual side.

I love that you feel so welcome, like you’re a part of a family. All the staff know you by name and make sure to greet you each and every time.
All I have to do is show up and a highly educated person is watching me to make sure I’m working out to my full and best potential. I only need to go twice per week to get great results. What they have you do is backed by science and they keep up on the latest scientific discoveries.
