The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in they make you feel welcome and answer questions with genuine care. The sauna itself is spotless and well-maintained which really added to a relaxing atmosphere. Everything feels clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend perspire sauna to anyone looking for a rejuvenated and stress-free experience!
Very clean and organized
I now go 2–3 times a week, and the overall service has always been very good, except for my visit on 12/5. When I arrived, another customer and I waited at the front desk for almost four minutes, but no one came out to check us in. The other customer ended up going straight into a room without checking in.
Eventually, a staff member came out from the supply room and told me to go to room 8. When I went in, I noticed there were no cold towels, so I stepped out to ask her. That’s when she finally checked the system and told me that my actual room was number 6, not 8.
This has never happened before, and it seemed like the staff in the supply room were just chatting. I hope this doesn’t happen again in the future.
