It's a nice enclave in Castlenock with pleasant rooms for yoga and reformer. The only issue is that there is no sign outside and at first I couldn't find the door however, the very nice receptionist popped out to help me!

The teachers are very good, classes well curated, numbers are cosy enough to feel well looked after. Location is ideal, amenities feel like home away from home and staff is always welcoming friendly and helpful. What’s there not to like?
The locality is excellent. Georgette is a brilliant teacher always a well planned and executed class. She keeps an eye on everyone and ensures full benefit from the exercises.
What would be good is some colour painted on the walls as it is so drab.

The whole experience is remarkable. Welcoming, kind, helpful staff. Modern, clean, well equipped facilities. Cozy, relaxing vibes. Love that I can watch TV while relaxing in the sauna. The combined red light with sauna is a huge plus. Towel service- with cold eucalyptus towel after a good sweat sesh. It’s all so perfect!!
