An excellent hot stone massage. Belle worked my whole body well--- I like how the hot stones feel and they make you relax and get kinks out. She explained everything well and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure at all times. I sometimes have an issue with the thing you put your face through but I was able to find a comfortable position with that where I felt I could breathe good. Also I liked using the essential oil near the face support. I felt relaxed after my massage which is what I wanted. Everything looks clean and nicely decorated throughout the shop. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Love the sauna experience. Your own quiet room with red infrared its very relaxing and calming! Cold Shower right after is super uplifting. I love to pamper myself once in a while with this self care!!

The entire experience was amazing. This was my first time going to a sauna and I felt so relaxed. The customer service is outstanding and I was provided with all the information needed to relax and knew what to expect. The space is clean and I like how there’s a private shower and a TV to help time go by as I sat in the sauna! I got a good sweat in and will be back for sure.

The facility is very clean and in a very nice shopping center. Staff was friendly and the sauna room was beautiful. I liked the fact that I could have a sauna with my daughter and there was plenty of room.

A fantastic selection of classes to choose from, with brilliant instructors and friendly supportive staff. A lovely encouraging atmosphere where everyone is welcome, no matter what their level of fitness to start with. The happiest hours of my week are spent in WF!
