The facilities are great quality, clean and the booking service is fantastic. I love the ability to access different level of classes and have different teacher options, getting used to different levels and seeing what suits you when you need it.
The sauna with the cold shower was a plus I wouldn't make an appointment without on.
The presets for having the sauna set up for when I arrive is great for not having to wait for the sauna to warm up.

I love how friendly the people at the front desk always are,the variety and amount of dumbbells and plates,the extra lat pull down machines ye have added. Only thing i would suggest is maybe some more squat racks? Otherwise it reallt is a fantastic gym that ive been going to for around 5 years now and have brought many friends to
infrared sauna was very relaxing and very effective! the red light therapy was a nice touch! employees were very nice and knowledgeable! would definitely recommend to friends and will definitely try to make it in again soon!
I felt rejuvenated and whole after my very first visit. The environment is spotless, and everyone there is incredibly respectful and caring.

My boyfriend and I booked a package for the both of us. We each got a 60 min massage (wish it was 90 - Shannon & Emily were FANTASTIC), facials (Janie is THE BOMB DOT COM! GET HER!!) and pedicure/manicures. Will definitely be back :)

I love the relaxed atmosphere while visiting the gym, everyone is respectful of each other. People clean as they go and don't hog the machines.
Finally, the staff are super efficient and friendly.
Keeping it an over 18 only gym is very important in maintaining all of the above.
Great gym and staff. Please get a ladies barbell (or two) and also put grip tape on calf raise for safety reasons. Shrewd investments :)
