I truly enjoy coming in weekly for my relaxation time. Twice a month, I receive breathing treatments along with red light therapy, and my skin is absolutely glowing. The staff is always kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. I’m so grateful for a space that feels peaceful, welcoming, and restorative. 🤍

Amazing teachers and staff. Great management.
Great. Our kid enjoys a lot and well-structured curriculum. There was a little confusion with the payment system, since they charge every 4 weeks rather than monthly, but overall it's been a positive experience. We will come back for sure.
Everything is Clean. No fuss. Super Easy.
Plus, I can adjust to 160° (half the saunas in the city struggle to get hot), set the soft music I like, and have red light while I’m sweating
