Excellent staff and facility. The app could be improved to more accurately reflect available credits and ability to adjust appointment times. The website should really refer people to the Perspire app since the MindBody app doesn't actually work.
Discover Strength is an innovative way to train especially if you are just starting your workout journey. The gym is not overwhelming with the amount people and machines The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The Trainers are upbeat and very encouraging. 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time. Being one on one or a group (up to 3 people) you know you are getting personalized attention and a personalized workout built especially for you.

The staff is great.
Customer service was great. The gals at the front were very sweet and very welcoming. The sauna was exactly what I needed and and I appreciate how some suites have showers, and you can control the temperature in the sauna. Space was also super clean.
It was a wonderful experience from the way everything was explained to me, to the privacy of the sauna, cleanliness was fantastic, and the sauna itself was so relaxing. Loved it!

Votre gym est déjà vraiment très bien.
Il y a quelques éléments qui je pense pourraient être à valeur ajoutée pour les membres et présentent aussi un apport coût/bénéfice intéressant:
- Un écran supplémentaire pour afficher les exercices lors des cours de groupe
- Une façon d'amplifier la voix (légèrement) des coach durant les cours de groupe
- Un à deux tapis de course supplémentaire (difficile pour moi et mes amies d'en avoir un au temps opportun lors de nos entrainements, car toujours occupés)
En dernier lieu vos smoothies sont vraiment excellents, mais un peu chers. J'en prendrais plus s'ils l'étaient un peu moins!
Sinon, je tiens à souligner le service à la clientèle exceptionnel des jeunes demoiselles à la réception. Aussi, les coach sont vraiment extraordinaires...c'est ce qui rend l'abonnement spécial. Toutes les attentions que vous avez envers vos membres (incluses dans le prix) sont ce qui rend votre établissement unique et attire les clients qui cherchent une expérience un peu plus haute gamme pour s'entrainer.

Everything! The spa is lovely, and the services are awesome. And the Spa Staff is amazing. Everyone is professional and courteous, and the facial I had was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait for my next visit to Duck so I can experience multiple services. Thank you so much for a lovely day!

Each class is balance, energized and truly refreshed. I love the power yoga classes, but all of them are great. I highly recommend this studio to practice, reduce stress.
