First and foremost, I love the people there. They are friendly, respectful, and able to explain what was done/what is wrong/what needs to be done with my vehicle in layman’s terms. I’ve only had my car worked on twice at this location, but both times I have been very satisfied with the work that was done. Also, neither time did a surprise cost get added to my final invoice.

Automated systems for notifying customers throughout, all stages of the service. Providing inspection report through text was pretty incredible as well. Particularly liked that there was no pressure to do work, but we’re very clear as to what work should be done immediately and what work could wait for a period of time. Staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to help you. Very positive experience.
