I took my dogs to dogtopia for the first time yesterday and it was such a great experience. My dogs are seasoned daycampers and when i picked them up, i could tell they had a really good time. The staff there are so friendly and you can tell they love their jobs and clients. We are new to the area and its not always easy to find truly good dog services and that we feel comfortable with as pet parents. I highly recommend Dogtopia in Oro Valley!

They were able to accommodate my dog at the last minute on a holiday weekend (because of a death in the family.)
They all know her and are extremely friendly.

The Oro Valley facility was very clean and the staff explained the HVAC system, Flooring, lighting and animal friendly cleaning products that are used. Also, there were several associates/trainers available to handle the dogs and someone available to trim my boxer's nails.

My dog is in a safe place where he’s well cared for and gets to play all day. Someone is always watching to make sure things are okay. And I LOVE that I can peak in at him on the webcam.
The staff are all so sweet and they happily great him by name when we get there. We call it Cooper Vega’s Day of Fun!

I received excellent customer service from the moment we saw Dogtopia next to Sprouts, and the staff welcomed my husband to tour the facility. We received free daycare coupons and Brianna did a great job setting up our 3 dogs for future daycare.
I apreciated how Josh and Brianna met with each of my dogs individually and did not seem rushed during the orientation process.
All the vaccination records and applications were processed efficiently and everyone was patient answering my myriad of nervous pet parent questions. ;)
MaryAnn did an amazing job grooming my Poochon. He even walked with a little strut when I picked him up, because he knew he looked so gorgeous! Thanks to Dogtopia team for making the day so much fun for my boys!👍

EVERYONE at Dogtopia is so welcoming to my dogs and me. My boys' "cry" with happiness when they see where they are going and can hardly wait to see their friends....both animal and human ones. Everyone is kind, caring and loving to all of the dogs and I know my boys' are safe and happy while they are at daycare.

The dogs are not in cages all day and get exercise. They are happy.

everyone seemed to be very professional. the facilities were spotless.

They diligently keep their eye on my boy and his behaviors. They’re always there with a reassuring pat, or a firm re-direct; something my young (but very big) dog needs. I love that I can pop in via web-cam to check on him.
