I like that you don't have to call for an appointment, at least for day care. I like the generous 1/2 day, full day overlapping time periods. I like that everyone knew me and my dog right from the very beginning. My dog likes it there.
Your very professional and knowledgeable with handling our fur baby’s. I love that we can check on them through web cams! You offer the best grooming our husky has ever had. And lastly, I know our husky is always happy and excited to go and when we pick him up, he’s so happy but extremely tired from all the playing. I’m very glad to have found this place.
My dog has already gone one day and I can tell it is a great fit! The staff has been so friendly and helpful. My dog will definitely be coming back.
The employees are rude had an incident of my dog getting bite ( she is a 6 lb Maltese ) , they did nothing except clean it and I took Her to the vet and cost me $110.00 , I picked her up one day and she was limping , took her to vet and they said she had a hair ball in between the pads of her paw, she had just gotten groomed there. The place has a bad Oder and I find her pillow ( that was mine ) was being used for others dogs . I highly would not recommend since they have new management and very discombobulated .

I love that the staff is so nice and remembers me and my dog. They're always reassuring and completely answer all my questions. Most importantly, my dog leaps all over the place when I ask him if he wants to go to daycare, so I know he loves it!

The staff is terrific and we know the dogs are well taken care of. I wish there was an outdoor space for them to get some fresh air and sunshine. I also would love a loyalty program discount. We've boarded the dogs several times since the OV location opened and have spent a large sum of money doing it. A loyalty discount would be nice when you reach certain points....which I believe we might be over $3000 by now.

We love the way you pay attention to care instructions and we really love the “report card” we get to bring home. We also are very impressed with how clean and orderly the play areas are. The fact that they prescreen the dogs to see how they do in a group before they accept them for daycare makes us feel much more secure leaving our dogs there. Your staff is so friendly and attentive. We just love everything!
