I have been happy with the pick up and delivery service you are giving me as I would have to get my walker out of my car every time I drop off my dog and pick him up later. The dog sitters come and get my dog out of my car, along with his blanket and food for the day - then when I come back for my dog they bring him out to my car and buckle him into his car bed. I pay them at the same time. I appreciate that very much. My dog seems to be very happy when I pick him up.

Every staff member I have encountered so far has been very friendly, and I love their passion for the dogs.

Friendly staff, clean facility, supervised environment for dogs, and flexible drop off time.

Everything! The associates “Humans” are always cheerful and so helpful. Holly loves going there and I love knowing she is taken good care of.

Professional and friendly staff. Clean & safe environment. Plus staff watched Lucy and moved her to appropriate play group when she was a little scared in big dog group. She did great with second play area😀

I like that my dog can enjoy day care, playing & socialize with other dogs. I also thinks it’s cool that you can get a groom while at day care (if scheduled) my pup slept good after a day of play time, it’s a nice break from being in crate while we’re at work. Very affordable!

The staff is great! Friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Sugarfoot loves going there. Tired puppy = happy family..no more stealing and chewing things that are not hers.

As someone who managed a similar business, I most definitely appreciate the training your employees receive. On our two recent visits, all of the employees were very appropriate with my people-shy dog. Their assessments of her behavior were pretty close to what a I was able to see as well, and I also appreciated that, while positive, their evaluations were realistic and not overly sunny.
