The Oro Valley staff makes a world of difference. Most staffers take a keen interest in the well-being of your dog while they're in their care. When there are behavior issues they address them head-on and offer direction if behavior modification training is needed. Kudos to the OV staff.

Mary-Anne has always done a wonderful job grooming our dog and always listens to our requests and does her best to fulfill them. Our dog always looks great when we pick him up. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly as well.

I like that the play rooms have slides and other items for the dogs to jump on instead of just a blank room. I also thing the personnel are very friendly and easy to work with and they take great care of our puppy, Max.
